Returns

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges can be made for a different product or store credit.
  • If the exchange is due to a defect or damage, we will cover the shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging to expedite the process.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as applicable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
